For questions about WSLS Bail Fund's ability to post bail on specific cases, please e-mail or call 413-274-7418.

We will review all cases submitted to us as quickly as possible and determine if we are able to post bail. To help expedite this process, please provide as much information as possible including the amount of bail requested and the name or organization of the attorney on the case.

Please note that per New York State Law the WSLS Bail Fund can only post bail for recipients charged with misdemeanors and with bail set at under $2,000.
